BEAUTY HAUL || Modern Renaissance Palette, L’oreal Paris Nude Magique Cushion Foundation & More.

Feels like forever since I wrote a blog post and I can even give you a reason why a suddenly stopped. I guess I just was going through that bloggers block and then the longer I left it, the harder it was to come back. But now I have my blogging mojo back and it feels amazing! I took so many blog photos today as I have so much to share with you.

During this last month that I was absent not only from my blog but also from beauty – I haven’t purchase new products in what feels like forever and I have also not been wearing makeup as much as I used too and it does feel great! Yet, I am always aware of new releases and this last week I really couldn’t resist and bought a couple of products to update my makeup/beauty collection. I have not tried any of these products but I honestly can’t wait to be able to play with it all.

I thought we should start with the best and that is, without a doubt, the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette. I am not the kind of gal that spends loads of money in a palette or any kind of makeup products but with this I didn’t have a choice. This palette has been all over Instagram with pretty amazing makeup looks and I just had to have it. I bought mine on Cult Beauty with 15% discount so that was really handy and it turned out being a very good deal for what promises to be an amazing palette. Looking forward to try it out.

L’oreal has to be my favourite drugstore brand by far and last time I went to Boots, I came out with three products that I am really excited to try. First, the L’oreal Paris Lumi Magique Pure Light Primer, a favourite of mine for a very long time. This primer gives you a beautiful glowing skin as a base for your foundation and I love using this during spring and summer time for that extra glow.

The next product is one that I really have great expectations – the L’oreal Paris Nude Magique Blur Cream. When I tried this product on the back of my hand I was mesmerized by how smooth it made it look and that is truly the main reason why I decided to get it. It is suppose to smooth and even out your skin and it can be used alone or as a base for your foundation. I think I might fall in love with this!

The new L’oreal Paris Nude Magique Cushion Foundation is also all over social media and I have read a few good reviews about it. I am all for dewy glowing skin all year round but specially during summer and having dry skin makes me love it even more. I really can’t wait to try this foundation! I believe that is has medium coverage, something that I am not really to bother about as during hot summer days, all I don’t want is a thick layer of foundation so I am all about these light weight, medium coverage products that gives me a natural looking skin with a dewy finish. Keep an eye out for a review on this product in the next week or so!

Last but not least, I bought two Essie nail polishes. I never, ever tried this brand although I do know that it is know for its good quality but I always find them to be quite expensive and for me that only wears nail polish during holidays, I didn’t think it was worth it. Little did I know that I could get a good deal at TKMax for £3.99 each, what a deal!

I bought two shades – sunset sneaks, a beautiful bright orangy-red and garden variety, a stunning green with some blue undertones. It kind of reminds me of clear, clean sea, specially my beautiful sea of Madeira Island! It will be perfect for my holidays in August.

And this is my little but totally worth beauty haul. I really can’t wait to play with these products, specially the ABH palette. I seriously need to go to Pinterest and find some inspiration.

Have you tried any of these products?
